Staging
Whether it's just a simple rectangular stage or a custom shape with hard facias and flooring, Lightwave can supply it all. Our 2m by ½m Prolyte StageDex are small enough to fit in the majority of lifts, making them ideal for speeding up load-ins to hard to access venues. Stage legs range from 6" to 4' and come in 6" increments. We can provide bracing and handrail where appropriate. We also stock box treads to match our legs but can also build custom treads to order.
Floor Coverings
Finishes range from carpet to show floor - the finish is completely up to you. Carpets range from the cost effective resin backed exhibition cord up to plush velour. For a higher quality finish try a vinyl. These floor coverings are available in matt, high gloss or wood effect finishes. We’ve even supplied laminate and HIPS mirrored finishes.
Facias
Our facias can be finished in a vareity of materials including PVC leathergrain, PVC kiss laminate, display felt, casement, suede, glitter jazz or canvas print. For a more durable finish we tend to use polyweave or tricord.
Treads
Our stock treads are available in 2', 4' and 8' widths, at 6" increments to match our stage heights. Step sides and risers can be covered to match facias while tread tops can be finished to match the stage.
Shapes
In addition to our stock quadrants, circles and triangles, we can create a stage of any shape to exact dimensions using CNC machining. Hard facias can also be made to match, with flexible facias available for curved stages.
